3. Product Efficacies
Tea polyphenols, an essential component accounting for 12-14% in tea leaves, is composed of flavanols, hydroxyl flavanols, azulene ketones, flavonols and anthocyanins, among which the flavanols (catechuic acid) account for 70-80% and are the most effective component in tea polyphenols. At present, tea polyphenols have been extensively used in many different areas including food, medicine, daily chemical, household appliance and their primary functions are to resist oxidation, restrain bacteria, prevent radiation, resist cancer, reduce blood fat, clean up free radicals and control odor.
Made from active constituents abstracted from raw tea and by advanced production technologies, this Series are a kinds of instant tea powders, convenient in usage, transparent, without deposit and cold-induced turbidity, for which properties, they reserve the color, flavor and nutritional ingredients of raw tea.
4. Application Scope
Instant Tea Series are extensively used in tea foods like health products, tea beverage, milk tea, ice cream, tea bread and tea cake products to intensify nutrition and health-care efficacies and to endue kinds of food special tea flavor.
5. Package and Storage
Package:
Specification: (4kg/aluminus-plastic bag*2)/corrugated board case. Two different transverse strips of strapping are required.
Storage:
The finished products have to be stored on backing boards 20cm above the ground of a cool, dry, clean and ventilating warehouse and keep away from strong light. To store these products in the open air or with toxic articles or articles with foreign flavor is prohibited.
