5.Product Efficacies:
5.1 This product can enhance the phagocytic function of mice, promote antibody generation, evidently restrain the activity of monoamine oxidase (monoamine oxidase consist in animal bodies and their activity intensify along with age), and postpone aging.
5.2 Its effective ratios on restraining transplanted mouse solid tumor S180 (Sarcoma 180) and B16 (melanoma) are all above 30%, which supplies a scientific gist for clinical tumor therapy.
5.3 It can evidently reduce the total cholesterol level in the serum of white rats with hyperlipaemia caused by extraneous source(s) and our four-week tests show that the reduction rate of total cholesterol in serum is 68.63%.

6. Clinical Research:

6.4 Sea buckthorn Powder, a Chinese patent medicine with five kinds of flavor, has been listed in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

7. Tests on Toxicity:
Inject Sea buckthorn Oil into the bodies of some mice, white rats, cats and dogs with an injection amount 20-30 times therapeutic dosage, and the results show no lethality.
Feed 15 Kunming male mice, shared into three groups, with Sea Buckthorn Oil respectively at a dosage of 15, 20 and 25g/kg and it is observed that no mice dies within 48 hours.
Select an experimental group and a control group, respectively including 30 Wistar male white rats each of which is about 100g, and then feed the former with 0.3g/kg Sea Buckthorn Oil once everyday continuously for 6 months, during the period of which no rat dies.
The tests above prove that this product is innoxious.
8. Application Scope:
